If the Big Ten West existed and was as mediocre back then when Mason and Kill were coaching they would have done better than PJ has. I think that's the real sticking point with PJ. He could have easily capitalized on a weak division and strong season, but he's just been stagnating/declining...
"understanding" sure.. I understand he hasn't improved at all and shows little accuracy or touch and those are the two things that QBs rarely make a huge jump on
I can't see any QB wanting to transfer here given the offensive philosophy and I don't think any would really believe they'd have an actual open competition
PJ is lucky the B1G west has been terrible during his tenure, if not he'd have been long gone. Obvious PJ won't change so fans will just have to suffer through Fleckball at least one more season
