Remember today, Gopher fans. Today, life is good.

A lot of young talent on o-line, supposedly. I would say the future of the D-line is extremely bleak. Next year we’ll probably lose Smith, JLR, and Eastern and almost no young d-line players have stood out.

The regression of the run game these past two years is so disappointing and inexcusable. Somebody’s head needs to role if we continue to average under 3 YPC.

Obviously so many problems, but that run call on 3rd and 7 that lost 4 yards when we were down 17-14 is so emblematic of PJ playing not to lose. Such a pathetic call. A

I think we’re the better team and should win, but I’m still pretty iffy on our O-line and the ability to run the football. Hopefully they start to gel soon.

I didnt come away from the game thinking we have any glaring weaknesses. Probably most nervous about the run game (our splits/scheme just seems … off) and our pass D wasn’t really tested. But Drake clearly has a ton of talent, which is all that matters.

I feel less confident than most about our ability to score a bunch of points. Buffalo returns 9 starters on D and we have an almost entirely new offense, including a FR quarterback and wholly revamped o-line. That combined with our notorious slow starts under Fleck has me doubting we score more...

Are we looking at him as a TE or LB? I thought LB but looks like PSU had him at TE.
