His strikeout rate was down quite a bit this past season, but so was his walk rate, and ERA was over a run better. Really not sure what NCAA baseball level NAIA (and specifically Viterbo/their conference) compares to.
For schools opting into the settlement, all sports are equivalency sports, meaning you can offer any number of scholarships up to the roster limit, and if offering less than the limit, divide them up however you wish. Every sport can have walk-ons - there is no requirement to fund scholarships...
I am a little surprised they are adding football scholarships. I would have thought the flexibility of being able to spend the equivalent in revenue sharing dollars would outweigh those additional scholarships.

The last few years they have not been publishing this until July - more of an 'update' than 'here is where they are playing'. I am guessing the reason is the transfer portal.
