Why do we care about this?

The thing from this play people should be most upset about is the fact that our entire defense had the guy swarmed and he slipped out.

Reminds me of the line from Moneyball, "If he's a good hitter, why doesn't he hit good?"

The band was mic'd really strongly against Rutgers and the sound engineering was great picking up the homogeneous sound of the entire band rather than 1 trumpet playing a bit off-key.

How sad. When Purdue was visiting a few years ago I chatted with the students who drove the Boilermaker Special up to Minnesota. They were incredibly nice and excited to talk about it.

Off-season descriptions of the defense are always the same. "Less thinking more responding", "Junkyard dog mentality", "Guys flying around", etc.

What was the problem here? Ejected for cheering?

The horrible helmet for Illinois drops them in the rankings for me. It's cartoony and looks bad.

Do people really say "HOCO"?
