We have WRs that can't get any separation.

Zero explosive play ability, zero ability to push the ball down field. Zero creativity with playcalling. I'll be shocked if we're not last in the BIG in scoring PPG. Yet there are people defending that we continue down this same path for years to come.

I would be very surprised. This offense is uninspiring to say the least.

Watching UTEP show some offensive creativity and push the ball down field with ease against Nebraska and I'm becoming even more frustrated with what was on display Thursday night.

That's tells you the quality of the WR position in the conference after Michigan and OSU.

Very good is being very generous. DJ9 is an average WR. Ability to separate consistently just isn't there.

I think has been more of an issue than QB in the Fleck era. He got lucky with Bateman. Since then, he hasn't been able to recruit anyone that can truly separate consistently. Unless you have an elite QB that can throw in tight windows, you're gonna struggle without competent WR play.

This is painful to watch. And has been for a few years now.
