The AD raised over $100M for the athletic village 6 years ago. The AD brings in $25M a year in donations without any major projects. That doesn't include the NIL fund.

Did you grow up in Minnesota? I ask because people from the state seem to have a much higher opinion of St. Thomas than people outside of Minnesota. There are quite a few schools that I'd add to the Big East before St. Thomas.

NSIC?? He averaged nearly 13 points a game in the big ten last year and was all-freshman. He’s a 6’4” guard and can shoot. In what world is he an NSIC player? When he transfers, he’s going to be extremely popular with high majors.

The American is not a terrible conference

I won’t dispute that UTSA is very bad. They definitely are. But they’re also an American conference team so they’re not a low major. They have size but the talent and depth was lacking.

Marquette and Iowa State are leagues above St. Thomas. Silly comparison, if I'm being generous. Stupid comparison, if I'm being honest.
