If I were in coaching and I had the option to choose an NFL gig or a college gig I wouldn't hesitate to jump to the NFL even if it paid...

It sucks but in a way it validates Fleck's eye for finding coaching talent and it's another thing we can use for recruiting

He's a good coach, if true. Sad to see him go, but a big step up to the NFL.

Kinda BS that a former player in the program is the one doing this too. I know Rallis has to do what’s best for himself but this one hurts.
