It is an interesting question, but I am not sure that the medical field provides apparent parallels. If I were to defend the use of time limits in college sports - major junior hockey and independent minor league baseball are examples of paid environments in sports that employ year based limits.

Yes but from what I understand it would only matter if the strike would include excessive force. I am tied to a radio at the moment, but I’m f the ball hit the Gopher in flight with a receiving player with a chance catch to the ball it would be kick catch interference anyway.
