The last time I went to Evanston the tickets were $5 on the secondary market but this being at Wrigley is different. Weather could also be a factor. It is a great road trip but because of the time of year most people will probably make up their mind closer to game time.

The problem with Atlanta is the money and urban sprawl is on the north side and the airport is on the south side. You have to go through Buckhead, midtown, and downtown to get there.
