I agree with this. Player development and recruiting are most important. I'm saying all things being equal, the game day play calls- what blitz, scheme etc aren't much if any different from the $2,000,000 coord vs the 600k one

Not convinced assistant coaches make much of a difference. Akin to a $1,000,000/year accountant vs. a $150,000 one. You'd likely get the same result if they both did your books.
