Alabama Basketball: Revisiting Tide’s “3-on-5” game vs. Minnesota from 2017

Finally somebody was watching. You are exactly right. Pitino got his undies in a bundle and didn't realize he should have just poured it on and got off the court. He lost his priorities. I really hope it was a great learning experience for him. When you have an opportunity to put the game away...

Suggs craps on Pitino in strib article

Let it go. This is still the US of A. He gets to do what he wants.

    Pitino

Didn't mean to upset you. I was just expressing my opinion. My inclusion of you with the GH'ers was in part related to the general fickleness at times when rating the exploits of Pitino and his team. If you feel this was unjust, than I stand corrected.

    Pitino

First thing Pitino said after Italy trip was that he gained very little knowledge about his team in those contests. I agree, its fun to pontificate, but since we are all guessing, without the benefit of all the facts, I will accept Pitino's judgement over ours

    Pitino

And if he did what you are suggesting, you and all your GH buddies would ask for his head because he was losing by such a large margin. There are many different avenues in which to attack this game. This year, he has tried a new variation. Pitino seems to be doing with what he's. It is fun and...

***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT PURDUE IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Your brilliant! Now your comparing Patino to Izzo. Save that comparison to when Patino has the quality of players Izzo has, and the number of years he has had them.

All Things Kerwin Walton Recruitment Thread (Class of 2020)

I think most of you have SFB, or, you just like to argue. Once the Gophers get a little reputation, more will come. Since Clem, this basketball team has not been very consistent in placing high in the B1G. Pitino has shown the most promise in some time.

STrib: Amir Coffey and other early departures for NBA hurting Big Ten's overall depth

Regardless of their talent, most players see college as the stepping stone to their future. Which, hopefully is the NBA

STrib: Amir Coffey and other early departures for NBA hurting Big Ten's overall depth

Kata-Bates Diop, All big ten player of the year. Got penalized for playing 4th year in college. Drafted 42 in second round. NBA wants the extra year to be in their hands. The NBA wants them as soon as they can get them. Their attitude is 24 yrs is too old

    Marcus Carr appreciation thread

Gee, I wonder if Pitino had anything to do with this win?

Has this team given up on Pitino?

You can pick against them for the rest of the year. If you are really that vain to think what you think will inspire them, you have a serious issue. I would guess the rest don't really give a crap

Pitino layed an egg with the play after the technicals

Pitino didn't do his team any favors by letting his players screw around after the techicals. There was nothing to gain by being passive. You have 5 against 3, you kick their ass ass hard as you can and get off the court. Alabama just went from the goat to the hero's.

    Is there an offensive strategy

I'm a bit confused about Tubby's offense. Bucknell and the Jackrabbits seemed to have more offensive plays than the gophers. In the half court the gophers look as if they have been together about three days. I thought we had a bit more talent this year, but they appear to play the same half...
