I see Michigan State has hired Iowa’s special teams coach. According to the news broadcast, his name is Lavar Woods and he was also their chief recruiter in addition to coaching their special teams.

Isn’t it refreshing to see some semblance of a team working together? Hasn’t happened at the Barn in recent years.

He is fortunate to have the same OC and DC in all his stops. Apparently it is hard to beat this continuity in staff.

With only 6 wins, pack up the equipment, hit the weight room. Fire both coordinators and the line coaches. Hit the portal hard for just about every position available. Please don’t offer anyone with just 1 year of eligibility even though we had good success with Bosmer. Not so much with others.
