Seems like the refs properly applied the rule. I'm not sure I agree with the rule itself because the tackle in each of these examples wouldn't have been made without grabbing the collar, but I guess since the rule is a safety precaution as much as anything I can make sense of it.

Out of curiosity do you see OSU making 2 4th quarter field goals or missing an extra point? Also waiting for a wise guy to respond by saying 3 safeties.

Also if anyone "choked" in that game, it's the guys who signed those deals (plus other players), not the guy standing behind the bench. But when you have an agenda to push I guess you see things differently.
