I really don’t I think he’s more of a GM type than a head coach. I think he would fit in perfectly in today’s world where they need GM’s but they don’t pay GM 7 million a year or whatever he is making. Seven shitty bowl games out of eight years you can’t sugarcoat that.

He might be the best overall football player on our team. I just like the way he goes about his business. It’s certainly difficult to see how he’s doing in coverage overall but I really like his game.

Having given it any thought, but generally I’d rather have more of a football guy and less of a life coach. That’s a personal preference but PJ probably only about half the time brings out a product that is any fun to watch on Saturdays.

JLR has never been very good. The others have been big disappointments and I think we have some injuries that have flown under the radar affecting both talent and depth on the DL.

Mediocrity seems the better word than stability, but he also brings the latter. He also has an AD who is more of a errand boy for PJ than anything else.

The coaches recruit the players, choose which ones to play, put the schemes in place for them to play with and then coach the game. They are the leaders of the team and just like any leader, whether it be business or anywhere else they are ultimately fully responsible.

Both are coordinators are glorified analysts. Our OC can’t run the ball and our DC has nothing going on.
