Ralph Sampson. He was always very passive, and who I thought would develop to be a very good player. Instead he was mediocre.

I'd have to disagree with that. He was "good". He could have been great. But he didn't really like basketball.

Ralph Sampson III(or what ever number he was) I thought he was gonna be good....wrong
