Me regarding Jeff Kent. If he wasn’t playing in Bonds shadow, he’d more highly regarded and Kent>>>Rolen. MVP, 5 x AS, 2 x SS with .290 BA and 123 OPS+. While Sandberg was the better overall player, Kent’s offense was better.

Solid selections; I threw in Bell over Morris because he’s been consistent after his slow start, been clutch with RISP and plugged a big hole in the middle of our lineup; I can’t imagine who would be there instead of him and it’s great that he’s a switch hitter
