A nitpick, but I would suggest that Minnesota's zone is more of a 2-2-1 with the lower two fanning out to the 3 point circle. I think the vulnerable points in our zone are the high/low middle and the deep corner threes. If a team can exploit that then I think Niko's zone is made ineffective...

The great thing about Niko's offense is that the ball is always moving. Hard to hack a Shaq when the ball isn't in your hands for but a moment. There were about 5 buckets made because of fundamental screens and seals that Grayson made off-ball. He will get nothing in the stat book for those things, but they were essential to getting a made basket. He was fun to watch. Great hustle and effort with the intangibles.

Correct. Niko can't afford to have a team of projects that may or may not be ready in 2 years. Nolan Groves would be better served getting minutes in a lower/mid major where he develops his game to then come back to Minnesota.
