Man....I thought I was the only one who thought this way....he is the WORST interviewer I've ever listened to. He will ask a question and interrupt the answer within 5 seconds....I've literally screamed at the radio before "let him F$@$%@ answer the question!!!!" So annoying. OK, rant over.

I thought the exact same thing when I watched the video… If you had to guess which was the NFL quarterback and which was the gopher quarterback based on physical appearance, I think you’d have Drake and JJ switched around.

The Gophers clearly wanted him as a linebacker… There was a quote from him earlier that they could see him as the next Cody Lindenberg. He didn’t seem to have any problem with that…….

Agreed that this would be the way you and I as old men would handle it. I'm saying most 17 year olds don't think the same. I know I'm just trying not to get our hopes up as a life-long Minnesota sports fan. LOL

I hope I'm wrong but I get a bad feeling that he's announcing now. If he was going with the hometown team, I would think he would wait for school to start and announce at a school ceremony, or have a much more public announcement. I could be way off, and maybe the kid just doesn't need the...
