To be clear, great goalies play in the NHL. And not in emergency situations like Lafontaine. There's a difference between good and great.

What's your point? It's accurate that LDP is just another in a LONG line of good but not great goalies since Wilcox.

As always it'll be interesting to see how those two and the new Mankato goalie do compared to LDP/Strahl.
