Limegrover (I think) was good as an oline coach but wasn't great as an OC.

The issues with those offenses were generally with QB play and lack of weapons on the outside.

Limegrover was PJ's superior for 2 seasons at Northern Illinois when he was Jerry's OC and Fleck was the WR coach. Interesting dynamic.
