All good, but I just feel that not all of KCook's hires were positive from the beginning, without going into specifics. I am also wondering what will be the long term affect, if any, these Pro Women's USA Volleyball Leagues hiring coaches will have on the College Level hiring in the near future.

IMO the coaching and development of our middle players he brought to this program is going to take a huge hit. Five assistants have left in KCook's 3 seasons as HC at Minnesota. Am I asking for too much when I want to see more stability in our volleyball program?

Money has to be the MAIN driving force to where these players transfer to and then Coach/Program Success. Does CULTURE even come into play with so many of these Top Players? IMO the success these Top Programs continue to have year after year after year is the result of having Top Recruits...

Different atmosphere can do wonders for just about anybody. She appeared a lot happier at Nebraska and you could see the Landfair we had when she first came to our program.
