What do ppl think of NW alternate helmets today? Kinda cool, but I'm Not a huge fan. They don't look great so far, btw. Offense not doing much. Sounds familiar to Gopher fans.
love the triple option. With the right athletes and line it can be exciting. GT is averaging over 8 yards a carry. If we are to run 75% of the time lets go to the triple option....
Cardale Jones has thrown 2 interceptions and gone 3 and out a few times. They just took him out and put Barrett in. I know it's a different case since Barrett is a proven player. But I just thought it was interesting.
#23 for Notre Dame just injured his knee after celebrating a routine pass breakup, and mics caught him wailing in agony on the turf. But hey, at least jumping up in the air and bumping chests with a teammate looks really cool.
Did anyone see the pick in the Miam v Nebraska game? Tommy Armstrong looks like he might throw a pick on every throw, but this one was pretty cool. Two defenders converge on the ball and it pops in the air while they both fall to the ground. Ball happens to just drop in the lap of one of them. Pretty cool...
30-10 Miami up on Nebraska (Love the Mike Riley era).
Florida State assistant Tim Brewster is never shy to tweet shots at Miami, but he took advantage of his off day to ridicule the Seminoles' rival. Miami is routing Nebraska in a big game for the Canes' program, but Brewster tweeted "Wow.....Is anybody at Miami game??" The Canes travel to Florida State on Oct. 10. Miami's Al Golden has never beaten Florida State's Jimbo Fisher.
If you did watch or dvr the LSU game you missed a Heisman Performance by Leonard Fournette. This guy is a combo of Hershel Walker and Adrian Peterson. 10.6 in the 100 meters and is 6'2 plus and 230. He ran over, around, and through against Auburn.
