*bc2211- for our purposes, we want Iowa to win. We need to have that be a quality road win, plus we played them twice, for RPI purposes. They have an easy schedule going forward, so one loss still wouldn't give us a good chance to jump them.

I saw stats somewhere a while ago that said you actually win a few % more games when playing it out opposed to fouling.

I bow to you in terms of expertise on making the field. However, I love it that Iowa lost as they are a team on the bubble with us-if and only if we get to 9-9. If we get to 9-9 we have a pretty decent resume regardless of Iowa's status at that point. We are probably going to have to beat Wisconsin in one of the two games plus a road win at Indy or Sparty. Getting to 9-9 would be pretty impressive and might put us ahead of Iowa on the bubble.

As I watch the Nebraska-Purdue game, I've come to the realization that Big Ten basketball (college basketball as a whole actually) has been truly boring to watch this year. Maybe I was just spoiled by the great basketball we played the last couple of years, but this year has been just terrible in my opinion. Nebraska and Purdue currently averaging 1 point per minute.
