The University of Minnesota Golden Gophers are part of the Big Ten Conference in college football. One of the oldest teams in college football, the Gophers have won a total of 18 conference titles. The only other quarterback prospect is Zack Annexstad who will walk-on the team rather than receive a scholarship. The team’s coach, P.J. Fleck hopes that next leadership in the quarterback position can help spur a winning record in 2018.
