  1. Ohio State (10-1)

Last Weeks Ranking: #1

C.J. Stroud would throw six touchdowns in the first two quarters and Ohio State would lead 49-0 at halftime. Chris Olave broke the school record for career touchdowns with his 35th career touchdown.

  1. Michigan (10-1)

Last Weeks Ranking: #3

Donovan Edwards had 10 catches for 170 yards and a touchdown for the Wolverines who didn’t overlook Maryland with their big game against Ohio State next.

     3. Wisconsin (8-3) 

Last Weeks Ranking: #4

Wisconsin beats Nebraska for the eighth straight time behind Braelen Allen running for 228 yards and three touchdowns. The Badgers needed their offense to score with their defense having their toughest game of the season.

Last Weeks Ranking: #5

Charlie Jones returned a kickoff for a 100-yard touchdown and Tyler Goodson has his third 100 yard game of the season to beat Illinois.

Christian Veilleux stepped in for Sean Clifford who, along with 35 of his teammates, were battling flu-like symptoms to lead Penn State to a 28-0 victory of Rutgers.

Not much went right for the Spartans as their playoff picture went tumbling with a 56-7 loss to Ohio State. They totaled 224 yards on offense compared to the Buckeyes’ 655 yards.

Aidan O’Connell threw three touchdowns to Milton Wright as the Boilermakers beat Northwestern at Wrigley Field.

  1. Minnesota (7-4) 

Last Weeks Ranking: #8

Tanner Morgan had his best game of the season going 14-20, throwing 196 yards and two touchdowns as Minnesota scores 21 points in the second quarter to put Indiana away.

  1. Illinois (4-7)

Last Weeks Ranking: #10

Illinois jumped out to a ten-point lead against Iowa but then got outscored 33-13 to lose by ten. Brandon Peters threw for 248 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions.

  1. Nebraska (3-8)

Last Weeks Ranking: #11

Good News: They made the best defense in the nation have their worst game of the season. Bad News: They still lost and by one possession… of course. 

Next Up: Iowa

  1. Maryland (5-6)

Last Weeks Ranking: #9

Maryland has one more game to become bowl eligible for the first time since 2016. The good news is that they face Rutgers next week to achieve that.

Last Weeks Ranking: #12

Running Back Evan Hull had 96 yards and a touchdown as the defending Big Ten West champs lost their fifth straight.

  1. Rutgers (5-6)

Last Weeks Ranking: #13

Huge game next week as Rutgers host Maryland and both teams will go to a bowl with a win. Rutgers hasn’t been to a bowl game since 2014.

  1. Indiana (2-9)

Last Weeks Ranking: #14 

The Hoosiers led 7-0 after the first quarter but would let Minnesota score 35 unanswered points to keep Indiana winless in the Big Ten.
