Final GopherHole.com Top 25

The Texas Longhorns had been ranked #2 in the GopherHole.com top 25 for most of the season, but Wednesday night the Longhorns wrapped up the national championship with a thrilling 41-38 victory over previously unbeaten USC. Penn State came in at #3, losing only in the last second at Michigan. Ohio State checked in at #4 after losing to only Texas and Penn State this season, and West Virginia vaulted to #5 after an impressive victory against Georgia in the Sugar Bowl. The biggest jump was by Wisconsin though. The Badgers finally made a big statement that they were for real by dismantling previous #6 Auburn.
